Items purchased from shopLAPOINTE.com are eligible for returns up to 14 days after receipt. Eligible returns must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, allow 1-4 business days for return processing. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Account reflection of credited funds varies by bank and credit card company.
LAPOINTE does not currently accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.

To return through your Account, login and select the relevant Order No. in “YOUR ORDERS” purchase history. Click “RETURN” and follow prompts to select the item(s) and “CREATE LABEL” to generate a return shipping label.
To return through your email confirmation, select “RETURN” on the email. Follow prompts to initiate the return and create a shipping label.
