Order Processing
All orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day, except during peak periods when processing may take 1-3 business days. Please note, international orders have longer processing times.
For “Pre-Order” items, refer to the estimated ship date on the specific product pages.
Domestic Shipping
shopLAPOINTE.com Domestic Orders are shipped via UPS from our warehouse in NJ. We do not ship to PO boxes.
shopLAPOINTE.com offers free Ground Shipping on all Domestic Orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will incur a shipping fee.
Expedited Next Day shipping via UPS is available for $40 within the contiguous United States. Please note, Expedited Next Day shipping guarantees delivery on the day after the order is shipped, rather than the day after the order is processed. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will have relevant delivery options available at checkout.
International Orders
Import duties and tax fees apply to orders shipping outside of the United States. Fees can range from 20%-35% of your order value or higher, depending on the destination country and contents of the order. Fees may vary depending on the import laws of the destination country. All import duties and tax fees will be shown at the cart level before checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy sets forth the terms and conditions regarding return requests and is incorporated into these terms of use by this reference. Purchases may be returned according to the LAPOINTE Returns Policy.
Items purchased from shopLAPOINTE.com are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after receipt. LAPOINTE offers free returns and exchanges. Eligible returns or exchanges must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. All items marked final sale are ineligible for return and are non-refundable. Final sale items include marked-down items 60% off or more and face mask accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS
For domestic returns, visit returns.shoplapointe.com. Returns can be initiated with your order number and zip code, or the email address that was used to place the order. Select your eligible items and the return reason. Once your return has been confirmed, download your free shipping label to return your eligible items. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, allow up to 10 business days for return processing. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Account reflection of credited funds varies by bank and credit card company.
For international returns, please reach out to Customer Care to start a return and obtain a return label. All international customers are responsible for paying a restocking shipping fee.
