Eligible returns or exchanges must be unworn, with tags intact, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. All items marked final sale are ineligible for return and are non-refundable. Final sale items include marked down items 60% off and over, bodysuits and face mask accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. LAPOINTE does not currently accept returns for orders shipped outside of the United States.

Select your eligible items and the return reason. Once your return has been confirmed, download your free shipping label to return your eligible items. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) in acceptable condition, allow up to 10 business days for return processing. A refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Account reflection of credited funds varies by bank and credit card company.
